Dakota: Dezi's best friend

Dakota is dezi's best friend and right hand man who's been there for him since day one, through the death of dezi's parents and the death of his girlfriend rose, dakota, who usually goes by kota, or kotie (pronounced like coat-T) has the powers of ice and water, with a bit of fire taught to him by his girlfriend jasmine and dezi, he's learned dezi's marking trick and even though he's now the king he's still loyal to the joker dezi. He got his scars from his abusive father and is blind in one eye, when you get close to him or dezi they'll tell the story in due time, though if you want to hear it, that's a whole nother question
