Look:
Baxter is your pretty average male but having the kind of jawline that might make a girl jealous, it's a shame that he was quite quirky growing up. He has dark hair which is never really kept neat, leaving him with messy hair. His dark hair is accompanied well with his bright blue eyes. His average body has a slightly muscled demeanour due to his hikes and climbs around the junkyards. He likes to wear loose-fitting clothing that's comfortable to wear and tends to accompany it with a nice jacket with many pockets. He always has a satchel around his waist for all the small screws nicknacks and chips that he may need at the right moment.
His right hand has three augmented fingers due to an accident working on one of his projects... he learned from that mistake pretty quickly.

Backstory:
From a young age, Baxter was always interested in technology, not because he wanted to break them down, but because he wanted to always get something working again. His skill became quite good, but most of his skill resides a few generations behind the latest tech, and he found that he could fix or come up with things on the fly pretty well with his quick wit. The only problem is they never truly lasted long. Give him a good project though, and with enough time he'll make something worthwhile! - Perhaps even using incredibly cheap older tech.
