Kirk's quirk makes him alot like a nuclear reactor if he has too much energy he can black out if he has too little he wont be able to do all that much.
Kirk's backstory: Kir first discovered his quirk when he got into a fight he used to get bullied alot in school and one day he had taken a few hits and he was easily able to avoid and take down the bullies kirk then went on to learn martial arts in order to disperse the energy power and speed from each blow in order to lessen the impact on his limit he also learned to keep moving in order to prevent reaching his limits
