Little Princess

Belle is the adopted daughter of Ryder Moon and Jeremy Clarke, and the birth daughter of Queen Cosenta of the Mystis, and the true heir to the crown named by a secret will kept in the private vaults of Tijani Palace known only to it's Ruler Alice.

Not long after she was born her powers began manifesting in the form of cold chills and snowflakes, when she was upset a storm of some sort would run rampant in the house, it used to be only the dog Ryder got would calm her down, now as she got older it was her parents, cousins and Aunt Alice, she didn't really like her Aunt Melody.

She has her birth mother's powers over water, ice and air. She is monitered by a creation by her aunt Alice to protect and teach her when she is old enough or Alice sees the signs that Belle needs to start her training.
