Loona is a hellhound, adopted by Blitzo (the 'O' is silent). She is a receptionist at Immediate Murder Professionals or I.M.P. Loona packs a lot of attitude and swears like a sailor. When she's not taking calls for I.M.P (not that she has much work ethic), she is either on her phone or on the company computer. She has no closeness for her co-workers, particularly Moxxie- she once sent him a faxed flyer for weight loss. Loona barely tolerates her adoptive father, though on occasion, she will demonstrate some affection, such as a soft smile.
Loona is a heavy drinker, having to come into work hungover from drinking that same morning. She is also defensive and frequently comes off as unfeeling.
