Xathu has a rather rough life thanks to working in a brothel, however he tries his best to make things work. Given enough time, he has quite a soft side that he doesn't really talk about.

Living for roughly 500 years, as indicated by the 5 tails he possesses, Takashi wanders from shrine to shrine to con humans into giving their offerings meant for the more heavenly divine foxes, the inari. When not tricking humans, he is rather laid back and sleeps under cherry blossom trees when he has nothing better to do.

Although he's lived for much longer than normal human lifespans, he hardly ever ventures far from the forest he and the other nymphs reside in. Due to this, Leander is rather naive when it comes to humans outside of the gossip between the nymphs and dryads. One time he attempted to get some information from a satyr, but that proved to be futile with how drunk those creatures tend to get. Despite where his name originates from, the oleander, he's actually sweet and kind. The only difference between him and the other flower nymphs is that - as far as he is aware - he's the only male nymph in existence.
