Biography: Tiger-Lily is the princess of the kitsune village, Fuji. Thousands of years ago kitsunes fled from the main lands in order to find peace and prosperity away from the horrible beings known as humans, thus the remote islands far away from civilization were found, and the kitsunes made their home on the islands. The number of tails a kitsune had soon determined their status. Tiger-Lily was born into the world by Hiroshi Fujiwara and Sakura Fujiwara, with her beautiful pale skin and her gorgeous 9 tails, she was a noble princess. Tiger-Lily grew up pampered, but she also had a thing for swords, and thus from the ripe age of 8 she was earning her tattoos. She automatically got 2 markings from being born a noble, one on each cheek, but she continued to earn them through her childhood and teenage years. She learned from the noble mages their magic, she learned from the knights their way of the sword. She had a natural talent for hunting and fishing and continued to be a loved and valued princess. However, one day the humans stumbled upon the islands that the kitsunes inhabited. They began to raid their villages, taking a couple kitsunes at a time until an entire village was wiped out and sold on the black market for a hefty amount of money. A year passed, and Tiger-Lily started a movement to take in refugees from other villages in order to keep them safe under the royal guard and herself. They began to expand the village to hold more people, and things seemed to be going well, as the village of Fuji was so deep within the forest of the island that it was hard to locate. However, under the false statement that a certain kitsune would be spared, the humans found out there was a village inside.. Also with a princess. The humans raided, and Tiger-Lily was prepared to fight. She fought well, taking out their men and their weapons, but the humans would not back down, they knew they would get much money for Tiger-Lily. She would be the first 9 tailed fox to be put on the slave market.

Hirsohi begged for Tiger-Lily to back down and escape, but she refused to leave the front lines. She had to protect the ones she loved and the village she cared for. She fought until the dead of night, and a man with a restriction collar was able to wrap it firmly around Tiger-Lily’s neck and her magic was gone. The collar could absorb all of the magic that flowed through Tiger-Lily, blocking the chi, and stopping it at the source. The exhausted Tiger-Lily then attempted a sword fight, but the collar was also equipped with a shocking device. With the click of a button Tiger-Lily’s blood curdling screams echoed throughout the forest.

“Tiger-Lily..” Her father said quietly under his breath. “Men, find my daughter at once!” He commanded his soldiers. But once they got to the scene, it was too late. The bodies of the fallen were scattered around, and the only thing left behind by Tiger-Lily was her silver handled sword that her father had crafted for her on her 16th birthday, with not a spec of blood from any of the humans.

The sky cried that night for the fallen, and the loss of their princess. Hiroshi and Sakura held each other in their arms as they grieved for their daughter. Her sword now lays on top of a shrine her family built in her honor, where they prayed everyday for their daughter’s return.

Tiger-Lily was sent off to the mainland, where she was auctioned off for 100,000,000 gold pieces to a noble family to be a house maid for royalty.
