Action.

Even though he became Emperor Consort and got some very delicious powers, he didn't change much. He still feels the need to get out of the Palace on his own, to visit the wilds and to be BangSul, above everything else.
LianBi has a lot to do and surely can't spend his whole time with him, which leaves him alone for most of the day. Basically, after being done with the few duties he has and the very rare meeting requests from Court and people, he is left to wander on his own and just wait for the evening, when LianBi will be done with duty and, after dining with his children, will finally come to him.
And now that Gamja even got her totally perfect boyfriend, he has even less to do and feels very lonely. All he can do is to visit JiHwan and TaenQi, but he doesn't want to choke them with his presence either, so he literally ends up wandering like a tormented soul all over the gardens...

That matter about prostitutes, though, does bring some fresh air to that choking situation he was ending up into. Not just because he is a perv! Maybe some little investigation could keep him busy for some time. He is confident it wouldn't take him much effort to get in touch with one, after all, isn't he pretty much exactly what they'd be looking for? A rich noble who wants to be found.
Without even mentioning his idea to LianBi, at least for now, since he'd feel way too embarrassed if he failed after telling anyone what he has in mind, he leaves the Palace on his own. He wears a luxury hanfu, but somewhat more discreet than the official Emperor-Consort-robe or the Imperial-Family-robes. He doesn't want to look like a commoner, just a noble but not too exaggerated, thinking that it'd scare any prostitute from him.

It's late afternoon, almost evening. He is in Taifuan, around the centre. When he made all his calculations he failed to think about one details: what are really the most likely places where to find prostitutes?
He walks among the food stands, trying to look as natural and casual as possible.

End Game.

With all of their forces combined, the end results in an overwhelming victory, but the one to really put an end to the story was Tony Stark.

Minutes after their victory, all the people involved take their chance to mourn the fallen and to rejoice for the return of their beloved ones.

LianBi and ChangMi drop their weapon for a warm hug, probably the most natural and intimate they've ever had. "You did so well, my son, I'm so proud of you."
Soon the two are joined by TaenQi too, who clings to the Emperor and refuses to let him go of.

BangSul is really exhausted, but happy on the final result. He is convinced that NoriYori is back too, just lost in the huge crowd of people who joined the fights.
He glances at LianBi from a distance, but avoids to approach them and ruin their moment. No matter how close he and his man get, he never manages to feel a real part of his family.
He makes a slight smile at the sight of them, but it soon fades as PanAn runs to him, shouting and crying: "Hwangsang, minahe, Hwangsang!"
When he notices him, he runs towards him and takes JiHwan from his arms. "ANIYO!"
PanAn keeps crying and apologizing.
JiHwan doesn't breathe and doesn't react to anything.
BangSul places him on the ground and improvises some reanimation, but he doesn't even know how to do that properly, plus it's quite clear the boy is dead and probably since long enough to make it impossible to bring him back.

BangSul doesn't want to give up, though, he is too desperate now. He picks the boy up and opens a portal through which he jumps immediately after. - LianBi saw everything and sends Ryuke back to find him -
The portal leads him in the middle of the Wilds, a place he visits often when wanting to get in contact with Isseiner. He places JiHwan on the ground and looks up at the sky. "You owe me this! I've done what you wanted me to do, again! You must save him!" he shouts desperately and not-so-respectfully. He can't help it, he doesn't manage to control himself right now.
All of a sudden, he just finds himself in a new place, very familiar, although he was there only once before.
He immediately looks around and notices that his son is there too, right beside him, so he picks him up again, holding him very tight against his chest.

As he raises his gaze, he notices that they are not alone. At some distance are some Gods, but he can only recognize Isseiner, since he is the only one he saw with his eyes before.
Realizing that maybe he was a little rude towards them, he takes a step back, worried.
One of them starts to approach him. He dares not to look at him in the face. When the God is very close, he turns around as to shield his son with his own body from him.
"It's so unfair", he says, with a soft and really soothing tone.
BangSul finally sends him a fleeting glance, noticing that the God is actually crying big tears, although his voice didn't sound as if he was.
"So many lives were lost and found their way back thanks to the contribution of all of you", adds Jeisin.
"It's all my fault", says BangSul in a very broken tone. "If I had been more careful, he would have stayed in his time and this wouldn't have happened..." He shuts his eyes and a couple of tears come out.
Jeisin gently takes JiHwan's hand in his and takes a look at the lines on the palm. "His life wouldn't be long, either way..." murmurs the God.
"That would have been my fault too... please..." he sobs. "Please save my son..." He kneels, still holding JiHwan in his arms.
After some time of silence: "I will grant life to your child again", finally replies Jeisin, almost making it sound as if it was hard to convince him to do such thing.
"Make him immortal too! Please..." Well, while he is at it, get the full package? xD
"How RUDE!" grumbles Shii in the background.
"How could he live seeing everyone else staying unchanged and being the only one to grow old..." he justifies.
"I can grant him even that", says Jeisin. "But he will still remain a fragile, immortal human being."
"I couldn't dream for better! I'll be his armor and shield!" hurries to reply BangSul.
"You are really one amusing person!" chuckles Jeisin at his answer.
Isseiner lets out a laugh from behind as well.
And that's it.

After that, he is awakened by JiHwan who is shaking him and calling him. "Abanim... abanim wake up, there is a tiger... abanim!" he whispers loudly, clearly worried.
BangSul sits up and pulls his son for a tight hug. "Animals can't harm you if I am with you. Nothing can..." he murmurs, while the tiger starts to rub itself against his back like a cat on heat.
"There is so much you need to know about me and everything..."
"I don't need to know anything, abanim... I want to come with you wherever you go..."
BangSul stands up, keeping JiHwan in arms. "Still, there are things you must know." He teleports out of the wilds and near the Palace. "But let's go home first." He places his son down only when close to the gates, taking his hand in his.
The guards at the gate bow to them and let BangSul in without any problem, just sending some curious glances to the child with him. "By the way... this is home."
JiHwan looks around with big eyes. "It's even bigger than the King's Palace..." he says in awe.
"It's the home of the Emperor of Xhuanghen. Emperors are better in everything compared to Kings." Modesty aside, Emperor Consort here ❤
"You are the Emperor?"
BangSul clears his voice. "Well... I am... the husband of the Emperor, actually." Not sure how JiHwan will take it, but homosexuality wasn't so bad seen in their times.
"You are... like the Queen, but male. And better?"
"Hm, something like that." He pats the boy's head with his other hand and proceeds.

While on the way, he stops as he sees LianBi in the distance, surrounded by his own sons and with TaenQi in arms. Since he doesn't know of the ghosts matter, he thinks he will have to tell him about his son and, as usual, he is worried about it. He can't help it...
He remains motionless, like frozen, while the others advance towards them and stop in front of them.
"Shiix Xu, Jeonha... and mama", murmurs BangSul, bowing to them all. JiHwan doesn't lose a second to bow as formally as him. At least he was raised as a Prince, so he won't have to be taught how to behave.
"BangSul!" says LianBi, cheerfully.
"I will excuse myself now, to retire to my quarters", says Qing, first bowing in front of LianBi and then to BangSul too. "I'll take some rest, abamama." To both. And takes his leave.
That leaves the poor Hwangsang kinda stunned... being called abamama by Qing. He glances at LianBi then looks down, trying to find some sensed words to tell him what he has to, but the other preceeds him.
"You should really go to take some rest, my love. You are exhausted."
"FIrst, I..."
"I'll accompany these boys to the nursery. We'll talk later", he says in a soft tone.
He can't deny he is on the brink of collapsing, that battle took away a huge amount of his energy and he is both starving and needing to sleep to recover. Not to mention how desperately he needs to take a bath... BangSul looks at JiHwan, then at LianBi and finally leaves his hand. "I... will retire, then..."
LianBi nods with a smile and extends his hand towards JiHwan, just as BangSul bows and prepares to take his leave.
"I-I wouldn't dare...!" says JiHwan, regarding taking LianBi's hand.
"Oh. So you dare to disobey me, instead?" replies LianBi, in a funny tone.
"Aniyo, Jeonha!!" And JiHwan finally takes his hand.

Thanos.

He was not present when th Avengers and the Avatars used the gems to undo what Thanos did. He was still with his son, getting to know some more things about his life so far.

After some minutes from Hulk's finger snapping, Bang-sul is walking to the kitchen to get some food for JiHwan, when suddenly everything starts to tremble around him and the ceiling collapses on his head. Luckily LiMu is one tough guardian.
He doesn't get any serious damages and his first thought goes towards the weakest in that building: JiHwan and TaenQi.
He frees himself from.the rubbles and jumps up, starting to run towards the room where he left JiHwan.
On the way he meets even PanAn, who looks shaken but unharmed. "What happened?!" asks Bang-sul with a growl.
"I-I don't know Hwangsang, everything started to shake and then this... an eartquake? It wasn't my fault!"
He rolls his eyes at his last words, as if he would think it could possibly be his fault. Yoshi's at most.
"Go to find TaenQi and Tero!" He orders to PanAn and restarts to run to his room, that collapsed too. Many rubbles are blocking the entrance too, so he starts to remove them until he frees enough space for himself to fit.
He finds JiHwan on the floor, half buried by the rubbles, passes out. He rushes to him and frees him, then picks him up to carry him outside the collapsed building, so that he won't breathe too much more dust.
On the way to the exit, PanAn joins him with TaenQi. "Hwangsang, I don't know where Tero mama could be, the lower floors are all crashed..." he gasps.
"Damn it!" he growls but reaches the outside anyway, then hands JiHwan to the concubine. "Keep them safe while I go to look for the oth-" Before he could finish the sentence, his breath is taken away by the huge starship hovering above them.
"What is that?! Hwangsang?!" screams PanAn at the sight of it.
Bang-sul slowly unsheathes his spear, to which the armour too appears on his body. "Nothing good."

Pointless.

Eventually, he too notices the writings on the various rooms and despite he thinks it must be a joke from some bored Avatar, he decides to go to take a look, just in case.
He arrives there while JiHwan and Liang are talking and at first, he completely ignores the kid, just sending a glance at the empty broom closet nearby.
"Abanim...!"
To that word, he freezes and moves his gaze on the child, because he is not wearing his amulet and can tell the boy spoke Korean. Only then he notices that he is wearing a typical hanbok of early Joseon times, his times. "W-what did you... say?" he literally gasps those words, in Korean too.
The child looks down and points at the parchment he handed to Liang that Bang-sul takes away from.his hands without hesitation. He looks at the portrait and the ideograms with wide eyes and getting paler and paler.

He takes a step back and actually runs away from there, to the bathroom. He knows it can't be a joke, no matter how he would like to think otherwise. He feels totally overwhelmed by this, it's the most unexpected and he just can't understand how it can be possible.
He takes another look at that paper... who ever, of who he knows, could be able to write in a, by now, dead language? Who could architect a prank like that, in such a moment? It can't possibly be, it can only be true.
He left a wife behind, with whom he was forced to sleep, although it made him sicker and sicker every time.
He shivers and ends up throwing up. It has a devastating effect on him.

After calming down a little, he washes his mouth, face and hair with the cold water, in hope to regain some control.
"What do I do now?" he mutters to the mirror with a broken voice. He also cried and still cries.
All the sudden, a lipstick starts to fly in front of him and to write in the mirror.
He takes a step back, looks around, but there is nobody he can see. His senses though, can perceive a presence and keeps making him shiver.
'You must go to him' appears on the mirror in red, eastern dolashin.
Bang-sul gasps. "Who are you? What is going on?"
'Go'.

Bang-sul takes a deep breath and tries to fix himself to look a bit less messed before going to meet his son. He doesn't know who the ghost in the bathroom is, but definitely doesn't want to test its patience.
After searching for some minutes, he finds the child in the lounge room and goes to him, without thinking of he'd probably end up petrified at the door.
The boy is sat, he just walks in front of him and crosses his arms on his chest. There are so many questions he has, but decides to start with the one that feels the most appropriate. "Who are you...?" Maybe a 'What's your name' would have been better, but his brain is too spammed by junk thoughts.
The child stands up and, after sending him a quick glance, he bows and kneels, then prostrates himself while saying: "I'm Yi JiHwan, Prince Bokdae, abanim..."
Bang-sul bends on his kneels and forces the boy to kneel up, then gives a careful look at his face. He is human for sure, he is not let likely from Joseon for real, considering his Hanbok and the fact it's real silk... plus the parchment. "How did you..." He interrupts himself as he almost sobs, there. "How did you get here?" he murmurs in a broken tone.
JiHwan gives him another shy glance. "The wizard opened a magic door for me... after you disappeared in the lake."
Bang-sul shuts his eyes at his words. He is not sure yet if he should be glad for this or not, for now he only feels totally panicked. "How old are you?"
"I'm 10 years old, abanim..."
Which perfectly matches, as he traveled back to 10 years after his own 'death'. Considering what his family was like, though, he can't imagine what his child's life could have been, alone with them. "Your... eomanim?" It disgusts him so much to even just mention that woman, but she was still the mother of the child...
JiHwan looks down and shakes his head at the question.
"She is... dead?" Well, in 2019 she is for sure - he thinks.
"Ye, abanim... I've never had the chance to see her..." he murmurs in a cute and sad voice.
Better for you, truly - he thinks, but would never say that outloud, for some reason.
He covers his face with hands and takes a deep breath. "And you... want to be with me?" Probably the most idiot question he could ever ask.
JiHwan looks at him with wide eyes, then moves his gaze to the side. "Ye, abanim..."

His son. His own son. And he abandoned him in that nightmare... it doesn't matter how it wasn't by his own will, he keeps feeling that way.

Meanwhile.

He didn't sneak away from the mission because he is too lazy to go, although he is quite lazy overall, but it was because he had something buzzing in his mind for a while: one lake, three unaware time-travelers from 3 different ages that all found themselves in the future after entering in contact with that water.
He decides not to tell anything to the others, since he can't be sure if he is right and he is not the kind of person who can accept making a mistake in front of people he knows. There is only one person he feels forced to bring with him and surely not because he has a special relationship with him: Amiir.

Some time before the others left for their own tasks, he and Amiir leave for their own. BangSul teleport them in South Korea, right outside the city of Seoul, in an empty meadow siding the highway trait that lead to the capital. There is nothing but grass there, not even cars driving by.
BangSul looks around and walks in the high grass till reaching a spot. "Once there was a big lake here. And there was also an inhabited village, which means you can open a portal randomly, we need to move somewhere shrouded." He starts to walk towards the mountainside, followed by Amiir who doesn't say a single word.
When in a place that seems optimal, the Hwangsang opens the portal indeed, leading at about 350 years in the past. He didn't choose the time randomly, he wanted the period to be close to when he 'died', but not enough to risk someone to recognize him. Time traveling to his original times is always a big temptation, to go seek revenge for everything he went through, and he knows that's something he should absolutely not do.

As expected, the lake he remembered is still there and so is the village, although he looks less lively than it was when he was still alive. He'd love to go get the remaining people devoured by tigers, but he has to restrain himself.
They start to walk closer to the lake, BangSul keeping a very thoughtful attitude all the time. When close to the shore, he looks at Amiir. "Can you feel it?"
"Ye..." murmurs the other.
His eyes widen. "Then I was right, for real! The legends of my times stated that a 'star' fell from the skies into the lake. Now it all makes sense..."
"Why did you bring me here?" asks Amiir, seemingly worried.
BangSul takes a breath. "Because I don't think I'd manage to take it. The other time I was in contact with that water... I remember a green light coming from the bottom, then I simply woke up at 400 years in the future. If I'll try to get it, it will probably relocate me in time again, but you are the Avatar of Time, if you can't subdue it to your power, nobody can."
The southern sends a scared look at the deep and dark water of the lake. "I can't swim..."
"Shii!" he swears. But before he could think of some plan to overcome this huge problem, he notices a weird man approaching the lake, that definitely doesn't look like any normal citizen of Joseon. Obviously, if the gem of time was in the hands of the wizards, someone had to retrieve it from that lake at some point and that seems to be that exact time. Unless their coming triggered something.

"Amiir..." BangSul says while keeping his hands on the man. "All you have to do is to push youself towards the gem, grab it and teleport back to the right time, I know you can do it. Don't wait for me, just do as I told you." Said that, he takes his spear from his back - when it's sheated it is smaller and returns in normal size when taken - and approaches the man to face him.
Taking the weapon also makes the armor appear on the Avatar*
The opponent looks at him from head to toe. "Are you lost, traveler?" says the man, sounding rather amused and as if he clearly knows what is going on.
"Quit this nonsense. We both know what we are here for", he growls.
The other tilts his head. "Your soul is split. I don't manage to figure out what happened to it."
"It's not split, it's fused with two other souls."
"Hm. But I still can't let you have that treasure. I doubt you can understand what it is or maybe you can, which makes it even more critical for me to prevent you from having it." The man raises his hands, summoning one of the familiar 'shields' wizards use to fight.
BangSul shakes his head. "I won't let anyone stop me."
And they start to fight for quite a while.
The wizard is eventually overpowered by BangSul, who sends him back-on-the-ground and points his spear at his neck. "Don't force me to do it. I shouldn't kill you, but if I'm forced to choose between the potential destruction of the future of this world and the return of the only thing that matters to me, I won't hesitate."
"Hasn't your friend been underwater for a little too long?" asks the wizard, as if ignoring everything BangSul said.
"He probably left already. That was the plan."
"Without the Infinity Gem? Because I can assure you, it's still under that lake."
He glances at the surface, that is not even slightly moved and swears, moves the spear away and runs towards the lake, quickly summoning the Shark Guardian to swim fast.
He reaches Amiir within seconds and finds him on the brink of falling unconscious. He grabs him and pulls him towards the bottom, where a green glow is well evident even in the dark. He shakes him to force him to keep consciousness for those extra moment and eventually, the other grabs the gem and teleports them back into their time.

The two find themselves in the tall grass, panting and coughing.
BangSul takes some time to recover then kneels up, taking a look at Amiir, who is coughing water out. Except from that, he seems all right. "Do you have it?" he pants, almost scared to ask.
Amiir slowly opens his hand, from which the green glow immediately appears and the other sighs in relief. "Thank the Gods..." he mutters, then caresses Amiir's head. "Good job. Let's go back now." He stands up and grabs his arm to pull him up as well, then teleports them back to the Avengers' hq.
At about the same time as this happened, the gem disappeared from the Ancient, just as she was handing it to Hulk.

When they return, BangSul decides to not tell anything about it to the Avengers who remained behind and just wait for when the others will come back with the other gems. Someone has very little faith in people.
