Luck seems to be on their side, since almost as soon as they step in Hanyang, not just they don't find much security at the gates, nor many people in the streets, but a big crowd gathered around the centre of the city leads them straight to the answer they needed, on whether they were in the right time and place.

With the order of the guards restraining the kid, the executioners finally move, decapitating the unfortunate boy.

At that point, it falls the silence.

The 'kid' shuts his eyes but doesn't cry nor anything. He just stops struggling.

Soon enough, the guards drag the kid away, back to the Palace, while the crowd starts to disperse.

So, they come to beg him to take the throne. And he doesn't think twice.
In truth, he had no hope to get it and wasn't even trying anything. What could someone like him do, with absolutely no support from the nobility?

The first thing he orders is to find the Princes and bring them back home. At this point, it matters to him very little what others think his intentions to be, he is the Emperor now and they have to obey him, also since he proves from the beginning he is not an understanding one like LianBi and MoonBin.

Anyhow, brought all the Princes back, his other moves are:
1 Takes the right Liang on his side.

• He gives Liang really huge powers, second only to his own. He even makes him above the law as long as the infractions won't damage the Crown and the Imperial Family in any way.
• He basically grants him anything he wants, even people, he doesn't give a damn and will do anything unfair in order to keep Liang exclusively on his side.
2 He starts to 'disarm' the potential threats, whoever could conspire against him before his name is consolidated.
• He takes every asset from the Zhou and transfers them to the Royal Treasure, their whole patrimony, not leaving them anything either material or money.
• Forced all the major Sacred Blood families to hand him a male member of their family (son or brother) for his harem.
• Forces Haru to become his personal servants, even when he tries he doesn't manage to be so mean with her and Gamja.
