About me:
At the age of 6 Gray’s parents died in a car accident and that put him into the system. He was bounced from home to home until he turned 11 when he was settled at a house with his foster parents Maria and Joseph Hangster. At the age of 13 Gray began getting into trouble with the law or minor things like stealing and tagging and he begun hanging out with other kids around his block that belonged to a gang called the Viper Kings. He began to smoke cigarettes, and dabble in selling weed to school mates to make money from the gang that began to feel like family. When he found out he was going to be moved into another home he spiralled thinking that Maria and Joseph were going to be the parents that adopted him, so he leaned more into Arthur Drakov; leader of the Viper Kings who had decided to adopt him and put him to use. With his connections adopting him didn’t take long and Gray was pulled into the gang life instantly. With that came the house parties that Arthur would throw where Gray began taking his first set of pills that he got addicted to them. At 13 he also met his best friend Yushi. He was in the gang life until he was 22 when he met the first man he ever fell in love with. He struggled with his sexuality, especially being closeted in the gang world for it would be too dangerous to be open and gay there. He fell in love with one of his adopted father’s clients, a man in his 40’s. It took them only months to fall in love and when they did was when Gray decided to get out of that life by using all the money he saved from selling to buy out. His adopted father wasn’t happy about it and though he said he could leave he kept tabs on him which is why Gray and his boyfriend [who is nameless right now] kept their relationship on the downlow. Gray’s boyfriend came with a little girl named Blu who Gray slowly began to love like a little sister and when Gray turned 23 his boyfriend began to tell him he didn’t feel well so the two went to the doctors just for Gray’s boyfriend to be put through tests for them to find out a few weeks later that he was diagnosed with lung cancer. Knowing what that meant Gray’s partner rushed to get everything in order by getting the adoption papers ready and the legal papers for him to take over his bars. Gray felt uncomfortable taking over all of them because he was so young and didn’t know what he wanted to do but he did agree to take on the new one that just opened called the Cat Scratch and signed the adoption papers to be Blu’s parent. When he was 24 was when Gray’s partner succumbed to his sickness and passed away.
