My current muse is for Lyla from Mako Mermaids. She is basically a loner and doesn't take kindly to land dwellers but is warming up to them. She is based on the show Mako Mermaids, only with a little twist. She stays in Australia instead of going off with her pod in the season 1 finale. She's a girl who is also mysterious as she is a mermaid who must keep her identity as a mermaid a secret so that people don't try to turn her into a science experiment. I can have her travel for certain story-lines as I am getting this muse started again.
My friend came up with the idea of my character being related to King Arthur. I am all for it and to fit it in with her bio and character, I have it where King Arthur mated with a born mermaid centuries ago, thus leading her to be his descendant and the descendant of a born mermaid.

((My friend Alaric and I had discussed a while back to make my Lyla a hybrid, a born Mako Mermaid/Siren. Her Siren abilities will be posted soon. My character is not all powerful as she will have weaknesses. One of her weaknesses as Mako Mermaid is snow. She will get a show rash if she is not careful and she is allergic to some things in the ocean. She also does not like cats and was shown in Mako Mermaids to be afraid of them. She will also probably have some weaknesses from becoming a hybrid. I will list those soon.))
