Rei is a Glaceon that is ice type. She's cold most of the time, It depends on her mood. There'll be times when she gets angry, and times when she will get very cranky because she hasn't gotten her berry yet.

ike most Glaceons, she has really light blue fur. Her paws are darker though, as well as the diamonds on her ears.
