(FF1/EMT-P/CCT Cpt. Swanger)
I am a protector, instinctively. I will respond as soon as I can. I am in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone. I'm grateful for those who understand me. If I don't respond right away, I may be sleeping or waiting for my e-mail to notify me of a request or response. I use System Internationale (metric) and 24-hour clock. I have Cerebral Palsy, and therefore, I am permanently disabled. In addition, stemming from childhood trauma, I was diagnosed with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder on 9 August, 2018. Anxiety, depression, nightmares, flashbacks and occasional anger are unfortunate components of this diagnosis. Some days are better than others. Emergency medicine, firefighting, technology, aviation and helping others are my escape. I'm trying the best I know how. Abandonment issues from the childhood trauma sometimes cause me to isolate, and I am working on correcting this. I am a COVID-19 survivor, twice.
