"Missed yours too. Zachary and Emra only provide so much company. Besides, nobody compares to you, " He cooed with a soft giggle. It was true. Out of anyone he knows, Jane is always preferred over anyone else in his book. Their bond was just so different. He appreciates it greatly. It shows in his behavior with her.
Puppeteer didn't mind that she seemingly ignored what he was when it came down to things. It was nice to forget about his situation and just be normal sometimes. It was a nice breath of fresh air for his otherwise depressing and morbid existence. The chance to live a semi-normal life, even for a moment, was nice when he never got that chance in life.
"Glad to hear that," Jonathan replied calmly as he began to happily hover around the woman, "I wouldn't be caught dead looking miserable around you."
The sadistic spirit's grin grew further at the acknowledgement. Particularly that term she used for him. It made him feel a warmth he hasn't felt in quite some time. Something he hasn't felt since he was alive.
"Oh, you know. I'm around. Doing my thing." He replied vaguely, though anyone who knew him at all could take a good guess. Despite the softness in his features when he looked at dear Jane, it of course didn't change what he was at his core. But it did make it easy to forget.
"Heyo, Jane! How's things?" Puppeteer cheered with an oddly warm grin on his face. It's not a look he often sported. One he often held just for Jane. Of course he just had to check in on her, feeling compelled by his cold heart to do so. Just for her.
Nina hated when anyone spoke bad of Jeff, even though she was just a poor girl, tainted with the ideal that a serial killer as nortiorious as Jeff would even care let alone love. Yet, she was blinded by said ideal and was certain one day, the ideal would be a reality.
He would notice her, hopefully and there would be only one sure fire way to get him to notice her...
... to kill Jane.
Granted, he failed to do so but she will be the one to do it. No matter the cost.
" Because I WILL be the one to kill you and string your corpse up, high in a tree for him to see! " Taking now slow, caluated steps towards the raven-haired girl, her unblinking gaze focused fully on him.
She will do this; for Jeff. To make him proud of her by getting rid of the demon that haunted him.
" Who with a conscience mind NOT want to idolise and follow him! Everything I do is for him, to get him to notice my undying love for him and I will do anything to keep my Jeffy safe, especially from the likes of you! " Malice towards the raven haired girl was ever present upon seeing her and feeling such malice, Nina slowly reached her hand into the pocket of her hoodie where her knife was concealed.
