I play almost exclusively men (cis and trans) and NBs. I only play women sometimes but I have to be in a very specific mood and there are only a handful of ladies I'm comfortable roleplaying as.
I'm into crossing fandoms and making AUs to spice things up.
Since I mainly do romance rp I think it's relevant to note that I like to build up to any intimate scenes in my roleplays. Plot is much more interesting and important to me than roleplaying trice romps. A character's personality and goals are always going to take precedent over that kind of scene.
