I'm a writer with an obsession for dungeons and dragons and grimdark settings.
While I enjoy roleplaying for what it is, there's a few lines people should care about, if they value the time I give the roleplay. I won't value a hollow story, I won't treasure a hollow narrative.
Rule of Roleplay:
- No half-measures. I expect more than a few "I did this one thing," only for me to carry the story by fleshing out YOUR side of the story. It's annoying to see a roleplay where I put most of the effort into making it happen, but you're essentially piggybacking off my prose to tell YOUR story, for you. Roleplay should always be about 'The' story and 'Our' story. Not 'My story, that you happened to be commenting on.'
- Some degree of pain.
The rest will come later.
