2Vanilla

The idea, and "challenge", of this account is fairly straightforward: to try writing exciting stories about loving married couples in relationships that are very "vanilla". Those kinds of relationships that would often be considered boring compared to "will-they-won't-they" dynamics, taboo relationships, or people falling in love for the first time. While that may be true, I think that's precisely what would make this interesting!

Perhaps a tale about a prince who saved the day and got the girl that turned out to be a princess, only to find out that their "ever after" is full of political games and new threats to the kingdom. Or a war epic of a husband sent to fight overseas while his wife fights her own battles back home, both sending letters to give each other the strength to carry on until they can at last be reunited. Or how about a plot of a superhero couple that have to keep love alive while dealing with the usual comic book style insanity (Here's hoping THAT marriage doesn't get sold to a demon...). There's still things largely unexplored when it comes to roleplaying these kinds of relationships!

While romance will be the go-to genre here, I'd certainly like other genres alongside it. I'm also perfectly willing to play male or female roles. I should soon have some ideas on my blog but don't let that stop you from suggesting your own ideas or changes you'd like to make to mine. I can do fandom and historic roleplays, though you'll likely have to explain the setting for me.

Please note that the personal information on this profile is for my default character, not necessarily me. I don't like giving personal information online. What I will say is that I'm a man over twenty. And I personally am not married, in case you're uncomfortable roleplaying with an admin who is.
