It's common knowledge that most of the population is born with a quirk. And with these quirks came the rise of heros and vilians. Heroism is even a high sought after career. And a few students have gotten into UA high school. Others have chosen darker paths.

Rules:
anybody can join

No good moving

No cannon characters

No 1*8+ content

Mild romance is fine

Blood and gore is fine

To talk OOC use (. . . )

Do not kill another character without permission

Cussing/swearing is fine

Can only have up to 3 OCs at a time.

No one liners!!!!!

Status: Hero
Appearance and Personality: Dark blue hair, light blue eyes. He puppy dog eyes, but can be blunt and rude. He doesn't mean it though. He normally doesn't bother talking to other people. His skin is really pale, and he enjoys reading. His hero costume is a swim suit, that has water bottles on the belt, as his power is water manipulation. If he uses the power too much, he get dehydrated, and can pass out. He get's clingy with people he's close with (Platonically).
