About

Darren, after the apocalypse, is now very worn and tired. He is still young, but he always tries to help his sister look onto the bright side of things. He very much loves his sister, but sometimes she is rather overprotective over him and gets into a lot of danger because of it. Though this, they're both very tough. Darren doesn't like to be as serious as Hallie and he tries to make the best out of the situation that they're in. Even though how bad the world is now, he always thinks things will be better no matter what, which is something he knows Hallie hates. He also spends a lot of his days practicing with Hallie to become stronger, but Hallie doesn't let him out of the farm, so when she's gone he stays in the farm roaming around when he can get the chance.

Backstory

Darren grew up closer to his dad then his mother. He loved his parents equally, but he admired the work his father did even if he didn't understand it at the time. Him and his sister were also very close, they shared a room and Hallie always took care of him when she could. She made him laugh, smile, and of course as siblings, cry. Darren was very young before the apocalypse, so it was hard for him to understand what was happening. After him and Hallie ended up at the farm, he had a lot of questions and he missed his parents. At least he had Hallie, and that's all he knew. As he was growing up in the apocalypse he slowly realized everything that was happening and the more he found out, the more he didn't want to know.
