Character summary - Rules - Warnings

Yello!

I've been roleplaying for quite a few years in the past, here to shake off some rust!

I’ve decided to create this character to play around with the idea of an afterlife that I intend to expand into our stories.

The show Dead Like Me was a huge inspiration. There is a snippet of the beginning of her story in the other blog post, which will give the bare bones of how she came to be, as well as an example of my writing.


To summarize, she died. Due to her death being unassigned to whatever the next step is and since all existence is (allegedly) meant to have purpose, she is a paradoxical event. The grim reapers that were present during her death are kind of bound to her by circumstance.

Random events must be put in motion by specifically her, that they sometimes have to convince her to perform.

The main ability that she possesses is warping events and perception in relevance to herself. This branches off as switching between a corporeal and incorporeal body, the willingness depends on several factors she is still discovering.

This seems like an interesting character that can be fitted to many stories. Let's create some!

● I burn out quick and being a selective adder helps me narrow it down to people I know I want to reach out to. If I have checked out your profile and not added you, it doesn't mean I am not interested. When you add me though and I reject you, that does.


● I do not mind spelling/grammar mistakes, but capitalising the first letter of a new sentence is a requirement hill I'll die on.


● No one liners, semi or single para, pretty please! Unless we're doing a dialogue in the comments. A few paragraphs is cool to start, but you're gonna hella scare me off with a novel straight off the bat.


● Happy to talk preferences and boundaries. There's definitely gonna be death and drugs mentioned with her.


● I absolutely love me some romance if our characters are vibing. FxF only. But, as it requires some finesse, I prefer that it is not the main plot event. Also, I don't really like roleplaying sex, I would rather just fade to black. Of course there are always exceptions and if we both feel it's important to play out, we can talk about it.


● I tend to take my time with replies, got a full time job and things, which are completely not the reason. The main reason is because I have this thing where I view entertainment as a chore but I am working on it. Literally here for this reason. If you would like to have a timeframe of a reply, let me know. Otherwise it's up to 3 days and if not, I will let you know.


● I encourage you to let me know if you'd like to stop roleplaying, for any reason. The vibes can get stale, life can get busy, priorities can change. I don't want you to feel like you owe me anything or that you have to finish a story that you don't enjoy writing. I've felt that way in the past, which is on me, so here we go - growth.
