I'll write more after I check out the site. But three things that I do require:

(2) If you need to go, then tell me. I hate it when somebody disappears in mid-chat. If you do disappear, then I'll probably drop you. To be considered for reinstatement, you will have to submit a note with 3 reasons why I should consider you.
