Mobius is a retired TVA agent.
He’s human, but he’s at least 400 years old due to working there.
He was formerly a jet-ski salesman and a single dad, but he variated and had his memories wiped, never to gain them back. He studied Loki’s whole life on the sacred timeline and ended up becoming his first and best friend after making him a variant consultant of sorts.
Mobius is an extremely laid-back individual. His personality is the definition of mellow. The epitome of chill dad vibes, or the meme “obviously bee-keeping age.” He’s not immune to the rare outbreak of frustration, but he gets it back under wraps.
Headcanons now: I think he is gay. It’s just giving. Also, now that the TVA is reformed and the multiverse is safe, he has seen his past life (Don, Sean, and Kevin) and moved on to start a new chapter! I think he probably stays somewhere with water, like a beach condo maybe, or a lake cabin, or just something nice. Could even be a cottage. Cottage core Mobius?
He probably enjoys signing up for running groups, or evenings with a bonfire and some hot cocoa. And obviously, jet-skiing.
