His Activities: He loves watering their garden before he goes out for a walk. He always attends meeting with his brother Philippines. He usually patrols the town and you would see him frequently.
Occupation: He used to work as a law enforcer but he got promoted as the First Commander of Philippine Army and Airforce

Likes: Martial Law loves the rain especially when he gets soaked by it — he finds the rain refreshing and calm even if it's a harsh storm. He loves his little brother, Philip and he would protect him with all he got. He happens to have a visible interest in North Korea. He loves his pet Eru, the grumpy old dog.
Dislikes: He dislikes people mentioning the names of his family disrespectfully. He also dislikes getting reminded of his past. He HATES AMERICA. He doesn't like talking to various people that much.

Weakness: idk someone with a better strength is enough to take him down.
Scars + Illness: He has an old deep scar on his right face, on his back, on his arms, and on his torso. His old burn scars are located on his legs, a little on his waist, and shoulder. He has thin healed cuts mainly around his arms and back. His wounds were caused by 3 invasions - mainly the invasion by the Japanese Empire. (Beware these conditions might be predicted wrong so please do so educate me.) He is diagnosed with Persistent Depressive Disorder, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, and, Intermittent explosive disorder.

Head Area

Martial Law is a male born with a feminine physique. He has long messy Auburn hair that reaches his shoulders. His eye shape is monolid and thin with a thick eyeline and a dark shade on his lower eyelid; his eyes are lifeless - they consist of 3 shades of yellow, his goldenrod sclera surrounding his dark yellow iris which surrounds his brightly yellow pupils. His teeth are sharp and pointy, the length of his tongue can reach up to 6 inches. Around his neck, there is a japanese tattoo wherein it says "slav3".

The Rest of The Body

His body type is a slightly muscular ectomorph. He has a curvy waist and thick soft thighs, his skin is rough because of old wounds. Although he has rough skin, some parts of his body are soft, like his left face, hands, upper thighs, back, and waist.

Personality: Martial Law has anger issues - he gets easily pissed off and defensive. He doesn't give enough energy to his job nor when interacting with others because he's usually not interested in any subject. He upholds justice, although, he is focused on his and his brother's justice - not others, basically being self-centered. He always takes things seriously, he absolutely has no time to joke around. He is grumpy and rude; you cannot approach him as easily as others. He is also very secretive about himself, especially his past and family. He is an intelligent conspirator. Despite neglecting the people around him, he is interested in North Korea - seemingly a crush of his! But he neglects his feelings for him. He loves his brother so much and he would do anything to protect him. He feels a certain burning passion for hatred towards everyone, especially America.

RELATIONS:
With Spain/Spain Empire,
Even though people thinks Martial Law adores Spain so much -- deep inside he hated Spain because of the way they were treated back then. They were treated like st*pid p1gs who can push you around. SE was the one who taught him religion. SE Killed his father and burned his mother.

With America,
Even if America had so much great commitment towards the nation of the Philippines -- Martial Law wished to be like him because America was well-respected and admired by Martial Law's people and his own brother. He provided education to Martial Law and his brother Philip. America killed his older brother Del Pilar because of a misunderstanding and a rising revolution. He USED to see America as his own brother.

With Japan Empire,
Martial Law respects Japan Empire so much even with the abuse he does to Martial Law. He is violent to him and manipulates then gaslights Martial Law -- even threatened him sometimes but Martial still saw him as his best friend and that he blamed himself for JE's outbursts. He fears JE.

With Philippines,
He is the nice version of Martial Law -- basically they are twin brothers with distinct personalities.

North Korea,
his crush lolz. N.Korea spared his life when Martial was weak hidden at the trenches during the Korean war and made him his accomplice. Back then they used to be childhood friends because when America havent killed his older brother yet; he introduced N.Korea to Martial and then they became close.
